Our friendly box office team will guide you through your booking and answer any questions you may have about your trip to the theatre. Our phone lines are open Monday to Saturday from 11am to 6.30pm. They are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays unless we have a performance (but you can still book via our website on these days). If you would like to bring a group of 50 or more, please call our dedicated Group Bookings Line on 0121 245 2082 so that we can help you to arrange your group visit.

Visit us at Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Centenary Square, Broad Street, Birmingham, B1 2EP (It’s the building with the beautiful arched windows between Symphony Hall and the Library of Birmingham.) Our counter service is open Monday to Saturday from 12pm to 5.30pm or 15 minutes after the start of the last performance. The counter is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays unless we have a performance (but you can still book via our website on these days).

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Tickets – The BOX
Tickets reserved by telephone, email or in person must be paid for within three working days of the reservation. Subject to availability, tickets may be reserved within three days of the performance but must be paid for within one hour of the scheduled start time of the performance, after which time they will be released. On receipt of your tickets, please check that they are for the correct performance, date and time as mistakes cannot necessarily be rectified on the day of performance. Re-sale tickets made available on a sold-out performance will be sold at full-price only.
Tickets – All other venues
Tickets reserved by telephone, email or in person must be paid for within three working days of the reservation. Subject to availability, tickets may be reserved within three days of the performance but must be paid 24 hours before the scheduled performance, at The BOX at The REP or by telephone, after which time they will be released. On receipt of your tickets, please check that they are for the correct performance, date and time as mistakes cannot necessarily be rectified on the day of performance.
Transaction fee’s
If you pay by credit or debit card, cheque, gift voucher or Theatre Token we add a £2.50 charge per transaction. This covers administration costs and postage and enables us to provide a dedicated booking service. This charge does not apply to payment by cash, for transactions under £10, group bookings over 50 and school group bookings.

Discounts
Any discount priced tickets must be requested at the time of booking and the Sales Team may ask to see proof of entitlement before selling tickets at discount prices. All discounts are limited and therefore subject to availability where applicable and can be withdrawn at the discretion of the Venue Management without prior notice, and do not apply to tickets already purchased. The Venue Management reserves the right to introduce discounts and price changes without prior notice.
Exchanges and Refunds
On occasion, exchanges may be available up to 48 hours before the performance. Exchanges are only possible for the same production and will incur a fee of £2.00 per ticket exchanged. Tickets are non refundable. A handling fee of £2.00 will be charged per ticket refunded. The Venue Management will not accept tickets for re-sale unless the performance in question is sold out. The re-sale of any tickets taken back by The BOX cannot be guaranteed.
Latecomers
Every effort will be made to ensure the admittance of latecomers within a suitable break in the performance but admission can not always be guaranteed.
Print at home tickets
If you select the ‘Print at Home’ ticket option, you must ensure all tickets are printed before attending the performance. A £1 per ticket re print cost will be charged if reprints are required at the Box Office.
Kiosk tickets
We are unable to reprint any ticket purchase made at our self service kiosk.

General

The Venue Management reserves the right to:
Refuse admission to the Venue;
Request any ticket holder to leave the Venue;
Terminate any membership initiatives and associated benefits, without prior notification.

All tickets are sold subject to the Venue Management’s right to alter the advertised programme or cast in the event of illness or unavoidable cause, without prior notification.

The Venue’s Management reserves the right, in extreme circumstances, to cancel any performance without notice. Every effort will be made to contact customers in advance and a full refund will be provided.

The BOX will endeavor to advise all customers regarding suitability of a show for Minors. We recommend checking this information with the Venue directly.
