Terms and Conditions of Sale

Tickets – The BOX
Tickets reserved by telephone, email or in person must be paid for within three working days of the reservation. Subject to availability, tickets may be reserved within three days of the performance but must be paid for within one hour of the scheduled start time of the performance, after which time they will be released. On receipt of your tickets, please check that they are for the correct performance, date and time as mistakes cannot necessarily be rectified on the day of performance. Re-sale tickets made available on a sold-out performance will be sold at full-price only.
Tickets – All other venues
Tickets reserved by telephone, email or in person must be paid for within three working days of the reservation. Subject to availability, tickets may be reserved within three days of the performance but must be paid 24 hours before the scheduled performance, at The BOX at The REP or by telephone, after which time they will be released. On receipt of your tickets, please check that they are for the correct performance, date and time as mistakes cannot necessarily be rectified on the day of performance.
Credit and Debit card fees
Bookings paid for by debit card will incur a 50p charge per transaction (regardless of the number of tickets booked).
Bookings paid for by credit card will incur a 3% charge per transaction.
These fees are waived for online bookings
Discounts
Any discount priced tickets must be requested at the time of booking and the Sales Team may ask to see proof of entitlement before selling tickets at discount prices. All discounts are limited and therefore subject to availability where applicable and can be withdrawn at the discretion of the Venue Management without prior notice, and do not apply to tickets already purchased. The Venue Management reserves the right to introduce discounts and price changes without prior notice.
Exchanges and Refunds
On occasion, exchanges may be available up to 48 hours before the performance. Exchanges are only possible for the same production and will incur a fee of £2.00 per ticket exchanged. Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances and only at the discretion of a Manager. A handling fee of £2.00 will be charged per ticket refunded. The Venue Management will not accept tickets for re-sale unless the performance in question is sold out. The re-sale of any tickets taken back by The BOX cannot be guaranteed.
Latecomers
Every effort will be made to ensure the admittance of latecomers within a suitable break in the performance but admission can not always be guaranteed.
Print at home tickets
If you select the ‘Print at Home’ ticket option, you must ensure all tickets are printed before attending the performance. A £1 per ticket re print cost will be charged if reprints are required at the Box Office.
Kiosk tickets
We are unable to reprint any ticket purchase made at our self service kiosk.

General

The Venue Management reserves the right to:
Refuse admission to the Venue;
Request any ticket holder to leave the Venue;
Terminate any membership initiatives and associated benefits, without prior notification.

All tickets are sold subject to the Venue Management’s right to alter the advertised programme or cast in the event of illness or unavoidable cause, without prior notification.

The Venue’s Management reserves the right, in extreme circumstances, to cancel any performance without notice. Every effort will be made to contact customers in advance and a full refund will be provided.

The BOX will endeavor to advise all customers regarding suitability of a show for Minors. We recommend checking this information with the Venue directly.
